  • Sicherstellung der einwandfreien Wartungen der Anlagen in ihrem Portfolio

  • Sicherstellen, dass der Wartungsplan durchgeführt wird

  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Teams vor Ort bei komplexen Störfällen

  • Identifizieren von Sicherheitsrisiken und Mitwirken bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Korrekturmassnahmen.

  • Verbesserung der Sicherheitskultur, insbesondere durch die Durchführung von FPA- Audits und durch die Förderung von Sicherheitsthemen in ihrem Team

  • Sicherstellung der guten Qualität seiner Anlagen durch eigene Qualitätsaudits oder solche des EHS-Auditors

  • Organisation von Touren, Einsatzplanung und Pikettdienst aufstellen

  • Vorschläge für Reparatur- und Verbesserungsarbeiten (T & CC) von ihrem Team entgegennehmen, Angebote ausarbeiten

  • Kontrolle der Arbeitszeiten und Spesen durch wöchentliche Überprüfung und Validierung der Arbeits- und Spesenabrechnungen ihres Teams, Ferienkontrolle

  • Führen, Unterstützen und Coachen Ihres Teams, Durchführen von Leistungsgesprächen mit jedem Mitarbeiter

  • Sicherstellen, dass die erforderlichen Schulungen für die Mitarbeiter durchgeführt werden

Ihre Talente zum Erfolg

  • Technische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum technischen Kaufmann

  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Aufzugsbranche mit

  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung

  • Proaktivität, Fähigkeit zur Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken zeichnen Sie aus

  • Sie haben gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • In der Schweizer gültiger Führerschein ist erforderlich
