QC Microbiology Analyst vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

  • Performing microbiological release tests on produced water
  • Initiating deviations and providing support to Sterility Insurance Experts for the treatment of deviations
  • Participating in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions at the QC laboratory
  • Contributing to continuous improvement within the Laboratory and the maintenance of 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices rules
  • Executing laboratory activities in accordance with the requirements of effective computer systems management and data integrity
  • Conducting environmental sampling of production areas


Your experience/knowledge:

  • 2+ years of experience in a QC microbiology laboratory in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar field of activity
  • Profound knowledge of microbiology testing and analysis conducted in a QC laboratory
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and Data Integrity rules
  • In-depth knowledge of the requirements related to production and working in controlled environment areas
  • Proficiency in IT tools, with experience in the use of IT data management systems
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Microbiology, or relevant field
