Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

• You will develop and maintain the quality management system and implement new quality methods (e.g. quality gates, problem solving, concessions, etc.) and processes, including training and coaching.
• You initiate and lead quality improvement projects based on trends analysis, identified weaknesses and you develop solutions to improve quality system.
• You are the contact person for the internal audits and are responsible for the following topics:
  • Audit coordination at the Solothurn site.
  • Planning, managing and leading system audits at the PT-AC plants, in compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of internal process audits in the plants.
  • Monitoring the qualifications of internal system auditors and determining lead and witness auditors.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in engineering or similar academic background.

Knowledge: More than 3 years’ experience in a quality environment and auditing according to the ISO9001 standard, certified ISO9001 auditor. Auditing according to VDA 6.3 is a strong plus.

Personality and way of working: Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving methodology. Strong time management and ownership of deliverables.

Enthusiasm: Business travel – both domestic and international up to 20%

Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in German is considered as a plus.
