To strengthen our IT Business Relationship Management team we are seeking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to supports all corporate functions with their IT business needs. You are responsible for the management of the business requirements for demands and projects and are in a frequent contact with the stakeholders. Your main responsibilities
- Leading stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and prioritize clear and aligned business requirements for both demands and projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate business needs
- Creating detailed business requirements documentation, such as functional specifications, user stories, use-cases and business processes mapping
- Working closely with architects to propose solutions for business requirements, ideas and problems in line with target architecture and roadmap
- Acting as focal point on business requirements specifications during design, build and test phases, as well as managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Assisting in quality assurance and testing processes as a key reviewer
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of IT projects and initiatives within Alpiq
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent certification in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields, such as Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) are highly regarded.
- At least 5 years of relevant business analysis experience demonstrating a track record of managing complex projects and driving significant process improvements
- Cross functional understanding of processes and background of IT business systems (ERP's preferable SAP, HRIS, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of German, French or Italian is an advantage.
