• Acquisition of companies/clients through search to demonstrate the value we bring to clients in talent acquisition
• Engaging in sales calls, strategically managing your sales processes, and successfully closing deals
• Build your customer portfolio from scratch, then grow and maintain it
• Act as an advisor to clients regarding staffing and recruitment

• Fluent in German and good level of English (B2/C1)
• Results-orientated, motivated, self - confident and network personality
• Organisational talent and business-oriented
• No experience required. Come as you are!
