Your tasks  

• Maintain documentation of project activities, including meeting minutes, progress reports and action items
• Cooperation in drafting training catalog, liaising with training providers, tracking attendance registration, collecting and organizing feedback
• Assistance in fostering effective communication by supporting internal channels and cooperating with marketing department 

Your profile

•  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
• Professional experience in project management and/or training coordination
• Experienced knowledge in use of MS-Office and collaboration tools
• Independent and structured way of working with various stakeholders
• Fluent in the English language
