Are you passionate about electric skateboarding and ready to dive into the world of social media while also engaging with customers face-to-face? ONSRA, a leading producer and distributor of electric skateboards sold worldwide, is seeking a versatile Social Media and In-Store Customer Engagement Intern to join our team.

With four distinct websites, warehouses worldwide, and a new store opening soon in Lucerne, we're expanding our reach and bringing the excitement of electric skateboarding to enthusiasts everywhere.
Your Role:
As a Social Media and In-Store Customer Engagement Intern at ONSRA, you'll wear multiple hats and play a crucial role in both our online presence and our physical store. Your responsibilities will include:
Social Media:
- Creating engaging content in English for our social media channels to showcase our electric skateboards and build our online community.
- Managing and scheduling posts across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitoring social media trends and engaging with our audience to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Newsletter Marketing
- Website improvement
In-Store Customer Engagement:
- Assisting customers in our Lucerne store, providing product information, answering questions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participating in store setup and maintenance, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for shoppers.

We're seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who is passionate about electric skateboarding and enjoys both online and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will:
