Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to strengthen our production team. As a Process Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and functionality of our technical installations, thereby contributing to the quality and compliance of our operations.

🔥 Your Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations in accordance with established plans and procedures.
• Contribute to projects to ensure maintainability during the design and commissioning phases.
• Provide 24/7 maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and compliance with cGMP standards. This involves following internal (SOP, DP) and external (cGMP, NIBT, ASIT) procedures, collaborating with various departments.
• Participate in project design phases to ensure equipment maintainability.
• Supervise technical action plans aimed at improving equipment reliability.
• Conduct equipment training sessions.
• Participate in the reception and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain 5S standards in designated areas.
• Serve as a member of the emergency response team for designated personnel.

🎯 Your Profile:

• Technical and scientific academic background.
• Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in cGMP environments within a maintenance department.
• Knowledge of quality standards (cGMP) and quality systems (deviations, CAPA, change control, training, documentation, etc.).
• Technical expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Understanding of EHS protocols, including chemical and pressure risks, lockout/tagout practices, and first aid for emergency response team members.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Intermediate IT skills, including office tools and CMMS tools.
• Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Agile and flexible with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
