The HR Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist will help new staff adjust well to our work environment. An onboarding specialist you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported prior to their arrival in Switzerland. Working closely with various departments to coordinate onboarding activities, such as preparing new staff paperwork, conducting orientations and inductions, and creating personalised onboarding plans, you will be a people person who enjoys planning.

The salary range and a range of benefits will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate, with the overall package reflecting the importance of the position.
