Very flat hierarchies, but the necessary respect is still there from all sides. "You culture" and "open door policy". Regular opportunities to give feedback/criticism without fear of consequences. Weekly team cooking with joint lunch is fun!
This could be improved
Structure and organization must grow with the company. Currently challenging, as the company is now located at 2 sites (in Muttenz and Pratteln).
