To support us in our ambitious plans, we are looking for a new team member to join our Manufacturing Operations team as Project Managers Operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. You will report directly to the Head Operations Excellence.

Your challenges

• Evaluate, define, and execute operations footprint projects across EMEA and Asia.

• Form and lead interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration across different regions.

• Lead and manage multiple projects within the manufacturing operations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Evaluate and select external partners, suppliers, and contractors for facility setup, equipment procurement, and other project requirements, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and production, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders at all levels.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  
  

Your qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong understanding of operational principles, supply chain management, and manufacturing processes.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management in a manufacturing or operations environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably German.
