Job main responsibilities

• Record-to-Report (RtR) process and solution design
• Lead the ERP transformation study from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA for all Finance related matters
• Assess, design and implement the latest SAP solutions
• Manage various projects including functional consultants or IT experts
• Manage financial process improvement initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment (incl. group functions, global business and shared services, etc.)
• Collaborate with external and internal audit
• Evaluate and implement new technologies such as RPA, process mining
• Support SAP roll-outs to maintain the current templates
• Be a role model for change management
• Be a key stakeholder in dealing with any kind of Finance & Controlling ERP related inquiries
• Ad-hoc reports and analysis for various management levels 

Candidate profile requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Finance or similar
• Expert knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA and preferably SAP ECC finance modules and a profound understanding of underlying business processes
• Experience in process consulting and implementation of SAP finance solutions 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and proactively
• Willingness to face and understand business cases with multidisciplinary complexity
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Project management skills
• Willingness to global travels of up to 20%
• Team player and interculturally versed
• Hands-on and result-driven
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
