Our client, a leading international player in the pharmaceutical industry with modern offices in the Lucerne area, is looking for a Supply Chain Planner (d/f/m) in a temporary assignment starting asap for the next 12 months. Depending on the selected candidate's performance and motivation, there is a possibility of an extension or take-over.
Description
In this role you will work closely with Product Leads/Value Chain Manager to define, align, and support brand strategies. For that you will take care of the following tasks:
- Act as the representative for the E2E organization in various disentanglement meetings.
- Maintain close communication with E2E planners for different products involved in disentanglement projects.
- Develop the supply plan for finished goods, bulk, and API with a horizon of up to 36 months.
- Ensure adherence to Escalation Management, Information flow, and escalation in Tier processes.
- Participate in and represent the product portfolio in Site Supply Reviews, Global Supply Review, and Demand Review.
- Manage Allocation in cases of imbalances between Demand and Supply.
- Handle Inventory Reporting & Discard Management concerning the product portfolio.
- Optimize Supply Chain operations related to the product portfolio.
- Oversee the profit and volume plan.
- Manage network changes and transfers.
- Implement Product Lifecycle Management processes including Launch and Discontinuation.
- Provide monthly Scorecard Reporting for Standard KPIs.
Profile
In order to be considered for the role, the ideal candidate must have:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree on a related field (Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management)
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience working with different stakeholders
- Advanced and demonstrated knowledge of planning systems (SAP ERP, SAP APO DP/SNP).
- MS Office experience (proficient Excel user)
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and improve processes and to drive changes
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both operator as well as leaders
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification or any other post graduate education in SC Management is an advantage
