Responsibilities:

SG Zurich Branch (CIB) provides innovative financial solutions, advisory services and capital market products serving the needs of its corporate, institutional and private clients. Present in Switzerland since 1927 SGCIB Zurich Branch offers local and cross-border expertise providing a full range of financial services to its clients with a particular focus on securities, services to foreign funds, trade finance and cash management services.

Mission: 

You will be able to build your expertise and extend your knowledge about Transaction Banking / Compliance / Regulatory environment in which large and international Banks evolve nowadays. You will also gain commercial exposure and have interactions with different external and internal stakeholders.

We expect a pertinent contribution to the Vision of Success of the PCM Team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be fully part of our GTPS Payments & Cash Management and Trade team and your efforts will be expected in the following fields:

  • Support our corporate clients in their day-to-day interactions with the Bank related to their cash management and payments
  • Support the team with any administrative / follow-up / investigations tasks
  • Get familiar with our processes. Once mastered, you will be requested to support their enhancement
  • Work on special projects linked to the automation / transformation of our processes
Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • University degree with a specialty in Transaction Banking, Finance, Law or Compliance
  • A first experience in an international Bank in corporate customer servicing is a plus

Language skills:

  • English B2
  • German A2
  • French A2 is a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of application, especially Word, Excel and Teams
  • Easy communication: with corporate clients, with colleagues and management
  • Flexibility: ability to work in a changing environment

Period of internship: 18 months
