We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce products and architecture, with proven experience in the business analysis and implementation of data models and automation processes.
This role demands a strong background in product or project management, with a history of leading engineering teams in agile frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for driving prioritization with management and owning the coordination of project activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with company business goals, priorities and client expectations
• Analyse business requirements to develop and implement data models and automation processes that effectively utilise Salesforce products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, service, marketing and data, to ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication
• Drive agile project management practices within engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Oversee risk management activities, identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to mitigate risks
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce products, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members and key users to enhance their Salesforce expertise and professional growth

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or project management, with a focus on Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and data models
• Experience leading engineering teams within an agile framework
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and risk management skills
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
