Description and Requirements

Key responsibilities:

•Financial analysis - ability to understand and analyze company's financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Forecasts and Budget reports).

•Communication - explain the decision made and its justification to the Sales team.

•Follow the news - read financial briefings and take actions in timely manner in case any client of CSST gets in trouble

•Understand financial offerings - be familiar with our products and programs and their structures, risk mitigation elements (including collateral, securities, and credit insurance policies)

•Financial Markets knowledge - ability and interest to understand the wider economy, sovereign risks, industry trends and how they affect Lenovo's customers' credit standing.

•Forecasting - have an appreciation of future cash flows and consideration of how these impact debt repayments.

•Understand and implement Lenovo’s credit directives and credit initiatives, ensuring appropriate controls are maintained.

Qualifications & skills required

•Professional qualification in Finance (e.g ACCA, CPA etc) or bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or related disciplines.

•Minimum 4 years experience in Credit Risk Management related field. Work experience in Credit / Commercial Lending in a bank / financier is an advantage.

•Language skills: Proficient in English (both speaking and writing) is mandatory. Additional language skills (e.g Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage.

•Self-motivated, good business acumen and good financial / qualitative analytical skills. Strong time management and ability to cope with tight deadlines.

•Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, collaboration and communication skills

•Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online research skills.
