Do you want to be an actor of this journey and add real value to our stakeholders?

Your future organization will oversee IT workstations, Microsoft M365 Cloud and Identity Access Management (IAM) services. As a Requirements Engineer, you will be the interface between customers and engineers. You will bridge the gap between business needs and potential solutions.

 

Your responsibilities:
  • Engaging with stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges
  • Eliciting, structuring, analyzing and documenting requirements
  • Support the solution design process and define test cases
  • Contribute to planning and refinement activities as part of the teams' agile journey
  • Engage in continuous improvement

 

Your profile:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in stakeholder management and requirements engineering
  • Proven experience in project management and agile methodologies
  • Leadership skills to resolve issues and navigate through obstacles 
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and writing skills 
  • Fluent in English, fluent in German

When: 01.08.2024 or per agreement
Percentage: 80-100%
