Axpo is seeking a forward-thinking GenAI Business Analyst to join our newly-formed team, will pioneer the application of GenAI to solve complex business problems, enhance decision-making, and deliver strategic insights in sustainable energy solutions. What you will do:


  • Spearhead the integration of GenAI solutions into business processes, enhancing decision-making and customer experiences.

  • Co-Lead pilot projects for testing new GenAI applications within the business, measuring effectiveness and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven strategies for operational efficiency and innovation.

  • Propose evaluation frameworks and blueprints to support GenAI-based explorations, ensuring the systematic assessment of new technologies, their impact on business strategies and fast rollout.

  • Foster a community of GenAI enthusiasts through training sessions and workshops, enhancing the team's capability to leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.

  • Regularly present insights and recommendations to senior management, driving data-informed decision-making.

What you bring & who you are:


  • Analytical and fact-based approach to understanding and validating business problems and processes, and exploring pragmatic ways to improve them.

  • Hands-on experience with data information flow and automation tasks, demonstrating a curious and proactive approach to new technologies. Strong understanding of Generative AI and its applications in a business context.

  • Project coordination skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proven track record of effective teamwork.

  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, and familiar with DevOps methodologies.

  • Good programming skills (such as Python, C#, Java, and SQL)

  • A genuine interest in exploring how advanced technologies can impact business strategies and operations.
