Job Description

Responsibilities:

As a service owner within the IT department, the chosen candidate will collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders to:

  • Facilitate workshops involving Technical and Business/Support Functions
  • Establish precise scopes, requirements, and specifications
  • Execute technical solutions in adherence to the bank's software lifecycle
  • Strategize and oversee IT resource allocation, occasionally in collaboration with external vendors
  • Supervise projects to ensure that project status, finances, and teams remain informed and aligned with project deliveries
  • Monitor and oversee the delivery of project objectives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in rigorously monitoring and tracking activity progress.
  • Essential experience in the Finance industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of 10-15 years in maintaining and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external vendors.
  • Competence in managing technical resources.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape (EU, Swiss).
  • Skill in bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Aptitude for engaging with business teams, comprehending their requirements, and prioritizing team efforts accordingly.
  • Effective communication with the business regarding deadlines and other pertinent information.
  • Mandatory experience with WDX
  • English - Fluent
  • French - Fluent
