Head of Logistics and Digital Operational Excellence for our Plant in Schaan (m/f/x)

What's the role?

As the Head of Logistics and Digital Operational Excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our plant operations in Schaan. Reporting directly to the plant manager, you'll drive change and innovation by leveraging your expertise in Smart Factory technologies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our manufacturing processes and lead a talented team towards digital excellence.

What you need is:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, IT, Process Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in direct-line management.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing new processes and IT tools within a relevant industry.
• Strong project management skills.
• Expertise in Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
• Experience in logistics and materials management, including Lean and operational excellence principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a complex, fast-paced matrix organization
• Proficiency in English (German is a nice-to-have)
