Legal & Integrity Operations Program Manager 80 - 100% (f/m/d)


The Legal & Integrity (L&I) Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives aimed at ensuring optimal running and Continuous Improvement of the L&I function at Hitachi Energy.  

Reporting to the head of Legal & Integrity Operation, this individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities

Program Management: 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and initiatives within the Legal & Integrity function. 

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery of objectives. 

  • Manage overall project costs and Budgets and achieve project milestones efficiently. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Ensure all stakeholders deliver the tasks and activities assigned to them 

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various teams and regions to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and garner support for L&I initiatives. 

  • Serve as a liaison between the Legal & Integrity team and other business units to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless collaboration. 

 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of L&I projects and initiatives. 

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. 

  • Regular tracking of Budget & Costs 

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or similar

  • Proven experience (ideally 5 years) in project management, preferably in a legal, compliance, or integrity-related role within a multinational corporation

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions

  • Relevant project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CCEP) 

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software and familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools  

  • Advanced proficiency in MS 365 Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications

  • Familiarity with Legal, Compliance or similar Technology 

  • Language besides English, German would be a plus
