The Trainee (m/f/d) Global Engineering Delivery Visp is responsible to support the Global Engineering Delivery Visp Leadership team. This   includes   establishing   and   maintaining   strong   structures,   such   as organization, team meeting, decision-making, communication, and documentation  flows,  in  accordance  with  project  management  principles,  to ensure  adherence  to  project  management  processes  and  improve  the  team efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Support  the  definition  and  implementation  of  robust  and  strategic business   processes   related   to   strategic   growth   investment   Visp oversight

• Contribute  to  monthly  project  review  and  reporting  process  from  a business process perspective

• Support  resource  planning  and  management  for  a  globally  acting organization

• Continuously  drive  better  business  practices  and  increased  value through measurement and improvement of key performance indicators

• Serve  as  the  voice  of  Delivery  Visp  in  cross-functional  teams  and represent the Global Engineering Delivery Visp at relevant meetings

• Organize internal and external workshops, and support team members in creating agendas, meeting minutes, and action lists

• Participate  in  and  support  coordination  of  project-related  documents, reports, and presentations

• Coordinate  and  follow  up  with  external  contractors  for  engineering activities and deliverables

• Adhoc discussions and strategic deep dive into specific topics

Key requirements:

• Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc. or equivalent

• First experience in project management and/or in the bio, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries is a plus

• Fluent English skills are required – German is a plus

• Good understanding of MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel)

• Strong presentation skills and team player
