Main Responsibilities

  • Initiate and coordinate change controls related to material management
  • Independent NC, CAPA ownership and management with reference to material management
  • Establish effective communication with internal stakeholders to identify and proactively support continuous improvements in relation to the design and sustainability of material management processes
  • Proactive collaboration to departmental projects related to material management
  • Support the Compliance Team Leader with Team KPI-reporting activities
  • Compliance with GMP, EHS and SOX specifications and guidelines associated with the respective function
  • Adherence to safety, accident prevention and hygiene regulations.
  • Special & additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in supply chain, procurement, economics or business administration
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in English and preferably in German too
  • Professional experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge of TrackWise, Comet and TruVault
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Several years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and GMP environment
  • Knowledge of SAP PP/MM
