As an SAP and Digitalization Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, documenting requirements, and providing solutions. You will also support in Zurich’s journey in digital transformation.

Main tasks & responsibilities

• Participate in improvement initiatives of Zurich HF site’s SAP system related processes with Business Process Owners and Users.
• Recognize and improve Zurich HF site’s use of SAP System, using best practice and standard delivered solutions.
• Work with SAP-CoE and other IT resources to advise and ensure the technical solutions will meet functional requirements for Zurich HF site.
• Perform testing (UAT) and cross-functional trainings to SAP users.
• Participate in site’s digitalization transformation and lead implementation of digitalization initiatives such as MES and other technologies that integrate into all areas of our business, fundamentally changing how we operate and thus delivering value to customers.

 Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SCM, DP and other major modules.
• Implementation of MES and/or other digitalization initiatives are a plus.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work individually and collaborate with a team.
• Excellent knowledge in German and English (spoken and written).

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Interface knowledge with SAP and Non-SAP systems.
• Relevant certifications like SAP certified Technology Associate and SAP Certified Development Associate.
• Exposure and hands-on in PP configuration, customizing and development.
• Awareness of the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.
