In the heart of Switzerland, at the foot of the famous Rigi and at one of the most beautiful and sunniest spot of the Lake Lucerne, lies the listed Hotel Vitznauerhof. The house has 53 modern furnished rooms and suites with a wonderful view. We also offer 3 glamping tents for the more adventurous guests. 

We serve a wide range of culinary highlights in our hotel: in our Ibiza Food Studio Vitznau Pop-Up, the garden restaurant with a lounge by the lake or at the bar.

Our wellness and SPA team takes care of the well-being of our guests, with massages, cosmetic and body treatments as well as saunas, jacuzzi and direct lake access.

your tasks

In this role, you will carry out the following tasks: 

• Organization of the building services


• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the entire hotel


• Responsible for the maintenance of the staff houses


• Maintenance and care of technical installations


• Carrying out repairs in the entire hotel area


• Maintenance of the outdoor and garden areas


• Responsible for security during the day


• Adherence to hotel standards and quality management


• Communication with department heads


• Mail correspondence with various companies


• Control of the work of external companies


• Renovation work such as painting, painting, repairing during the off-season


• Tidiness and cleanliness of the workshop and the technical warehouse


• Disposal tours with cardboard, waste paper and bulky waste

your profil

You have completed an apprenticeship (EFZ) in the technical field and preferably already have professional experience. You work reliably, independently and purposefully. You enjoy contact with guests, partners and the various internal departments.

We require a few things that we consider to be very important: friendliness, openness, accessibility, own motivation, professional knowledge and joy in what you have decided to do professionally - in short ambition & fascination!
