Job Requirements

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Controller to join our Controlling-Team as soon as possible, on an 80-100% workload.

For this role, we are looking for an engaged and motivated person who likes to be responsible for project controlling and working on strategic plans for various projects.

Your main tasks

• Responsible for conducting and reviewing of the strategic plan on a five-year horizon
• Coordinating with the relevant business partners for the responsible projects
• Responsible for monthly closing and forecast for different projects
• Project controlling, monitoring of costs and revenues as well as related cash streams
• Responsible as Business Partner for project managers

Your profile

• You have an advanced education or commercial apprenticeship with further education, preferably in Controlling or similar
• You have at least 2-4 years professional experience in Controlling and proven track record in a similar position
• You have a deep working knowledge of financial controlling processes in an international environment
• You provide excellent technical skills in MS-Office Excel, experience with D365 and Power BI would be advantageous
• You are a strong team player with an open communication, independent, pro-active and with a hands-on-mentality
• You are able to stay calm under pressure and are capable of adapting to ever changing environment
• Your way of working is precise and detail oriented, but you are also able to see the big picture
• You have a strong attitude toward high quality, excellence in delivery and ‘client-first’ thinking
• You are fluent in English and German; any other languages are always welcome
