Für Lehrbeginn August 2024 haben wir noch eine freie

Während der Lehrzeit zum Industriekeramiker mit Schwerpunkt Feinkeramik durchläufst Du sämtliche Produktionsabteilungen. Du erwirbst Dir Kenntnisse in der Technologie und Verfahrenstechnik bei der Herstellung von keramischen Produkten. Dies beinhaltet den gesamten Prozess von der Kontrolle und Aufbereitung der Rohstoffe über die Formgebung (Giesserei), das Spritzverfahren, die Trocknung und das Brennen bis hin zur Produkt-Endfertigung.

Im Schwerpunkt Modellbau werden die Produkte aus Sanitärkeramik in der technischen Produktentwicklung im CAD konstruiert. Die Modelle werden gefräst und im Anschluss werden Modellformen für die Produktion der Prototypen gefertigt. Die Arbeit des Modellbauers beinhaltet alle Schritte von der Herstellung des Designmodells bis zur Serienfertigung in der Produktion.
