As a specialist responsible for our global consumer service, you will coordinate and respond promptly and competently to enquiries and complaints from consumers, sales and retail partners. You will answer questions about all aspects of our products, ingredients and health aspects. Of course, you will liaise with colleagues from Consumer Service at our national companies and sales partners, as well as with our Corporate Communications department, to ensure a consistent Ricola approach to all enquiries and complaints.

You organise yourself largely independently - always with the aim of increasing consumer satisfaction and representing our corporate interests and values to the outside world. You work with predefined standards, response templates and text modules and constantly develop these further in the interests of consumers and strategic corporate communication. You will continuously collect data on Consumer Service, compile statistics and reports and use these to develop suggestions on how work in the Consumer Service area can be completed more quickly and competently. Technical issues such as connecting the Consumer Service tool to SAP and our social media channels are also part of your exciting tasks.Finally, you will also work conceptually on taking our consumer centricity to the next level. In addition to providing technical support to the Consumer Service teams and interfaces, you will also help train our 3rd year apprentices.

After graduating from high school, you have gained relevant professional experience in consumer service (preferably in the consumer goods sector) and are now well-positioned when it comes to customer enquiries and complaint management. You have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or other CS solutions and know how to deal with consumer enquiries in a results-orientated way. You have a good understanding of marketing and business topics, manage cross-functional projects and communicate professionally and in the interests of the company in every situation - in both German and English.

You are a patient, well-organised person, and your previous working environment appreciates that you can remain calm and work accurately in stressful situations. You contribute your ideas and experience to further optimise the current tools and processes.
