For our team "Partner Markets & Duty Free EMEAA" based in Basel, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a

Commercial Coordinator (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

  • Support "day to day" commercial operations such as master data, product information and pricing details
  • Participate in the execution of appropriate marketing & trade marketing activities for the business unit
  • Inform customers and partners (directly or through the team) on products characteristics and information to enable a fluent execution of our marketing plan
  • Assist and/or lead customer events, consumer events involving the partnering departments and stakeholders
  • Support the Demand Forecast process (DFC)
  • Support the team in the maintenance of the internal Demand Forecast process (DFC)
  • Manage reservations / allocations / availability for pre-orders (e.g. for limited edition products) together with the team
  • Monitor / manage order pipeline and product allocation in collaboration with the team and order fulfillment department
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures


Requirements

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Experience with SAP / Business Warehouse
  • In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook; advanced Excel is a plus
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of another European language is a plus)
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Positive can-do attitude; a self-starter who pro-actively takes action
  • Team player and adept at working with and through a matrixed organizational structure
  • Good communication / interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated & perseverance skilled
