Overview

We are looking for an international Sales Manager for Life Cycle Support to join our 6-person LCS sales team. Our department is responsible for ensuring the sale of our entire portfolio in the life cycle of the system. This includes, for example, maintenance, service calls, training and spare parts. We operate globally and our mission is to support the new equipment sales team so that we can provide all our customers with the service they need. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for incoming orders in the assigned sales region (USA, Brazil)
  • Customer acquisition and support in the area of Life Cycle Support
  • Preparation and calculation of offers regarding SKAN-LCS portfolio (After Sales) https://skan.com/de/services/lifecycle-support-isolatoren/
  • Contract review and handover to executing departments
  • LCS customer project follow-up and data maintenance
  • Cooperation with agents
  • Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Travel activity: regular visits to customers desired

 

Hardskills

  • Completed engineering degree (mechanical engineering, process engineering, ventilation engineering, etc.) is required
  • Solid technical expertise is essential
  • Sales experience in plant engineering for the pharmaceutical industry (GMP) is very advantageous
  • Business fluent in English
  • Sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office CRM system C4C an advantage
