Head of Production & Infrastructure, Member of Leadership Team
Your Skills:
Degree in Engineering, additional business qualifications advantageous
Several years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Competence in team leadership, motivation, and target setting
Knowledge in quality management, process optimization
Experience in budget planning and tracking
Strong communication skills with local and international stakeholders
Technology experience in energy storage systems (BESS) or CleanTech is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
Production planning and setup to support market entry
Coordination, communication, and collaboration with strategic partners
Manufacturing process optimization, quality management
Budget and resource management in production
Fun at work, Employee/Team-leadership and personnel development
Certifications according to national and international standards, regulatory implementation
Customer and supplier management, company representation at partners & conferences
Project management in battery production and development, knowledge transfer
