Spa Rezeptionist (m/w/d)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Commercial apprenticeship as well as several years of professional experience in the sports and wellness hotel industry
• Good language skills orally and in writing (German/French/English)
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Polished manners with a good dose of warmth
• Flexibility, sense of responsibility, and organizational talent as well as a pronounced sales talent
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen, due to work permit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation, actively promoting the spa, treatments, services, classes, and retail, as well as programs available

• Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant if needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area

• Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments

• Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
