Über diese Position:

Als Project Manager/in werden Sie unsere Marketing- und Vertriebsteams unterstützen, um eine reibungslose Projektplanung und Koordination sicherzustellen. Als Projektleiter/in werden Sie sich effizient innerhalb von Zeitplänen, Risiken und Ressourcen bewegen, um sicherzustellen, dass jedes Projekt pünktlich und in Übereinstimmung mit unseren Unternehmenszielen finalisiert wird.

Das können Sie bewirken:

• Kontrolle über die Marketing- und Vertriebspläne zur Verbesserung der Aktivitätenplanung in Übereinstimmung mit gesetzlichen und behördlichen Verpflichtungen.
• Monatliche Überwachung von STEM-Aktionsplänen.
• Unterstützung und Koordination von Teams bei der Vorbereitung von Schlüsselveranstaltungen wie FLSM-Meetings, regionalen Treffen und Vertriebsseminaren.
• Umsetzung von Vereinfachungsinitiativen, einschließlich der Erstellung von Lenkungsinstrumenten, Zentralisierung und Koordination von Projekten oder Meetings sowie der Verbreitung von projektbezogenen Methoden in den Abteilungen.
• Entwicklung und systematische Kontrolle der KPIs für Aktivitäten/Projekte

Essenzielle Kompetenzen & Erfahrung

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Projektleiter in der Planung, Durchführung und dem Abschluss von Projekten.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, Interessengruppen und Kunden zu interagieren. Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen klar und prägnant zu vermitteln, ist für erfolgreiches Projektmanagement entscheidend.
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Projektrisiken, Identifizierung potenzieller Probleme und Entwicklung effektiver Lösungen.
• Die Fähigkeit, unter Druck kritisch zu denken und informierte Entscheidungen zu treffen, ist entscheidend für die Bewältigung der Herausforderungen im Projektmanagement.
• Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einem relevanten Bereich wie Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder einer verwandten Disziplin.

About this job:

As the Product Manager, you will be championing our marketing and sales teams, orchestrating seamless project planning, coordination, and monitoring. As the project manager, you'll navigate the complexities of schedules, risks, and resources to ensure each project not only meets but exceeds expectations—on time, in compliance with regulations, and perfectly aligned with budgetary goals.

Key activities:

• Monitoring operationalization of marketing and sales plans to enhance activity planning in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Conducting monthly monitoring of STEM action plans.
• Providing support and coordination for teams in preparation for key events like FLSM meetings, regional meetings, and sales force seminars.
• Implementing simplification initiatives, including the creation of steering tools, centralization, and coordination of projects or meetings, and dissemination of methodology within departments.
• Developing and systematically monitoring KPIs for activities/projects conducted by teams.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven experience as a project manager with a track record of successfully planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. The ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner is crucial for successful project management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions. The ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure is essential for navigating the challenges of project management.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related discipline.
