• Support site Lean experts in identifying opportunities, defining, and managing improvement projects (VSM, Hoshin, TPM, SMED, etc.)
• Develop standards for robust performance management
• Develop a Gemba culture and standards
• Develop a Lean network including training, sharing best practices, etc.
• Standardize Lean processes and practices
• Contribute to digitalization and process automation
