Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out machine/process/equipment risk analyses and support for pre-start-up safety reviews
• Update risk assessments at workplace and design HSE procedures.
• Support teams in implementing Life Savings Rules and the deployment of the new dsm-firmenich standards; update environmental analyses.
• Monitor relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) (lagging and leading)
• Analyze and classify incidents and accidents and drawing up action plans to prevent any recurrence. 
• Leading training courses and campaigns in the field (chemical risks exposure, ATEX, ergonomics, etc.); lead of specific task forces.

You bring:

• Qualification and expertise in process safety and safety at work
• Safety technical / engineer CFST diploma
• Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies such as FMEA and HAZOP and QHSE ISO standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001)
• 5-10 years of experience in the industrial and chemical sectors and associated risks
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; autonomous and communicative
• Computer skills in office environment (word, excel, power point...)
• Fluent French and English
