Responsibilities:

• Trading Settlement Operations:


• Perform day-to-day duties of trading settlement operations (Bonds, Shares, Structured Products) accurately and efficiently.


• Add comments in GTMatch regarding failing trades in both the security and cash parts.


• Regularly contact brokers and different departments such as the Security Master Team, Securities Trading Operations, Treasury Team, Cash Department, and Trading Desk.


• Set up SWIFT instructions in GTLink when necessary.


• Create internal and external reports.


• Chase counterparties regularly on their short sales (at least once a week).


• Prematch trades on SD-1 with counterparties, amend trades for any discrepancies for unmatched trades to ensure timely settlement and avoid fail fees or possible buy-ins.


• Set up SSI (Standard Settlement Instructions) in Globus for new brokers.


• Conduct daily cash and securities reconciliation.


• Handle collateral instruction SWIFT and booking.

Who we are looking for:

Knowledge and Experience:

• Solid understanding of fixed income and equities trade settlement processes for domestic and foreign currencies.


• Familiarity with depository systems (e.g., Clearstream, Euroclear, DTC, SIX SIS).

Skills:

• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high volumes of activity.


• Proactive, self-motivated, and possessing a positive learning attitude.


• Capable of working independently under time pressure.


• Knowledge of relevant systems (Globus, GTMatch, GTExchange, SWIFT) is advantageous.


• Proficiency in English is mandatory.


• Knowledge of another language is advantageous.
