This appeals to you



  • Development of complex optomechanical assembly, testing and calibration systems for the entire Leica Geosystems product portfolio

  • Development of precision mechanical tools

  • Creative project work in a multidisciplinary environment such as optics, laser technology, electronics and software

  • Creation of measurement and test concepts as well as system documentation

  • Carrying out system tests with the developed systems and measuring instruments with subsequent commissioning with the client





 



This is you



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (FH, Uni) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, photonics or comparable training

  • Experience in the use of CAD / PLM systems (Siemens NX/Teamcenter of advantage)

  • In-depth knowledge of technical optics, optomechanical system development and image processing

  • Experience with MATLAB, Python etc. is a plus

  • Communicative, team-orientated and creative in thinking

  • Genuine passion for technology

  • Independent, structured and precise way of working with a hands-on mentality

  • Knowledge of English and German (at least level B2 each)
