Governance and Service Management Senior Consultant

If you are passionate about Governance and Service Management, constantly seeking to learn and improve your skillset, then you are the type of person we are looking for! You will be part of the Governance and Service Management Team and be involved in challenging projects.

As a Governance & Service Management professional, you will work closely with our expert teams and our clients to develop and implement robust governance frameworks and service management strategies that align with their business objectives. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of service delivery, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their current governance and service management practices
  • Design and develop governance frameworks and service management strategies that meet industry best practices
  • Design service management processes (incident, request, problem, change management...)
  • Design and implement service catalog and CMDB practices
  • Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and performance
  • Identify and evaluate risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Facilitate the resolution of service-related issues and incidents
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in governance and service management

Your skills:

  • Proven experience in governance and service management, preferably in a consulting or IT service provider environment
  • Knowledge of industry frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL, COBIT, or
  • ISO 20000
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional certifications in IT service management
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience with Servicenow Platform (or another ITSM platform) highly desirable
