We are seeking an experienced IT  Enterprise Architect to join our team, specializing in large-scale IT transformation projects within the Banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Keep focus on architectural strategy and design efforts for large IT transformation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals and regulatory standards
• Provide guidance and oversight to development teams on best practices for software development, API integration, and microservices architectures
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvemen
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors

Qualifications & Technical Skills 

• Scientific degree or master's, preferably in computer science or engineerin
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role, preferably in the financial services /banking industr
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with development patterns design
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured problem-solving approach
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
