Meyrin Ecole Montessori Meyrin, located in Geneva area (Switzerland) is looking for an Adolescents Guide for our future class.

French – English bilingual school, we accompany children from 3 to 12 years old in a multicultural environment, close to nature and the city. Our team is working on a project to open an Adolescent class (12 to 15 years old) in august 2024, giving the opportunity to our students to continue their development within the Montessori path.

As an Adolescents Montessori Guide your responsibilities include:

Design the concept of the new class and establish partnerships with local structures

Implement the adolescents’ projects and curriculum

Contribute to adolescents’ development while encouraging their independence

Ensure their social and intellectual development

Include parents as partners in their teen’s education

Follow the Montessori Cosmic curriculum

We are looking for a Montessori Guide with:

Work ethic and values corresponding to the well-being of third planes’ children

Team spirit and collaboration

Enthusiasm and who loves taking initiatives and lead projects

Interest to enrich the school’s culture

Requirements:

A 12 to 18 AMI Diploma, in training or interested in obtaining the diploma

A 6 to 12 AMI Diploma is an advantage

Minimum 3 years of experience in Montessori adolescent or elementary classes is obligatory

Native French or English speaker.

Basic communication skills in the other language is important.

European Union or Swiss citizen
