Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.设计和构建高效、可扩展的人工智能算法架构，以解决复杂的业务问题。

2.与产品和业务团队合作，了解需求和业务场景，并提供创新的算法解决方案。

3.领导和指导团队成员，提供算法设计和实现方面的专业知识。

4.设计并实现端到端的算法解决方案，包括数据预处理、特征工程、模型训练和评估等。

5.负责算法模型的部署和集成，确保系统的可扩展性和稳定性。

6.跟踪和研究最新的人工智能技术和算法，并将其应用于实际项目。

7.编写技术文档和报告，记录算法架构设计和实现的细节。

岗位要求：

1．计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习或相关领域的学士或硕士学位。

2．至少8年人工智能算法设计与实现相关工作经验，熟悉常用的机器学习和深度学习算法。

3．熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch、CUDA等流行的人工智能算法架构和框架。

4．有较强的数学和统计学基础，了解常见机器学习和深度学习算法的原理和应用。

5．具有较强的解决问题的能力和创新思维，能够将学术理论转化为实际解决方案。

6．良好的沟通和团队合作能力，能够与来自不同背景的团队成员有效合作。

7．具有较强的自学习能力和持续学习的意愿，能够跟上人工智能技术和算法的最新发展。
