Your Tasks

• Provide excellent customer support for technical publications inquiries
• Facilitate the processing of customer documentation orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Manage customer contracts and data effectively
• Organize and maintain documentation archives
• Compile and dispatch documentation packages
• Assist with general documentation management tasks

With this you convince us

• Proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software is advantageous
• Demonstrated affinity for IT systems and technology
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
• Ability to work with a structured and organized approach
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
