The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) business unit, which is part of our Industrial Division, with focus on machine builders and system integrators is an important growth driver within METTLER TOLEDO. The unit has a proven track record and offers significant future potential. To strengthen our team at our global operational Headquarters in Greifensee-Nänikon, Switzerland, we are looking for a Technical Expert Custom Scales 100% (all genders). In this role, your responsibilities include: You are the focal point in the international team for all mechanical engineering and weighing metrology topics. You introduce and push new technologies in our R&D, and manufacturing processes and customer / sales / service trainingsYou provide application and technical support to the global Market Organizations for our load cell and weigh module product portfolio and you support sales on-site for difficult applicationsYou conduct advanced sales and service trainingYou are responsible for technical oriented sales tools, which allow consult customers on a systematic wayYou work closely together with global product management for specifying next generation of products and support product life-cycle managementYou support R&D projects and work together with the team in China on suitable solutions and you input your knowledge on modern manufacturing processes to the teamYou support our service teams at Market Organizations during accreditation processesYou work on sustainability initiatives, which contribute to the corporate ESG goalsYou give support on technical documentation, engineering recommendations, sales literature, white papers etc.In this role, you will ensure a strong interaction with R&D organization in China as well as with the product owner in Switzerland
