SWC runs significant projects & systems requiring your support & planning to ensure success. You support the system business owner to supervise daily system operation, coordinate IT changes, follow-up with IT providers, and support business stakeholders to specify their requirements.

• Jointly with SWC business units collect and document IT requirements & business cases.
• Support system business owner to jointly develop solutions with IT and to ensure successful implementation.
• Follow-up on system user requests and coordinate completion.
• Coordinate between SWC business units, SWISS IT, and external IT providers with regards to daily system operation, business requirements, and IT changes.
• Support daily business/operations and IT projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of programs or systems in area of responsibility.

• Degree in business administration, engineering, or IT or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of cargo commercials or operations.
• Experience in business requirement documentation, testing techniques, or user support.
• Proven IT literacy (MS Office, testing software); experience in commercial enterprise systems is an asset.
• Fluent (written & spoken) in English; German is an asset.
