• Responsible for the Scrum Team development to strengthen self-organization and cross-functional work
• Responsible for team dynamics and further development of the team to strengthen quality, efficiency and effectiveness
• Observation of new agile concepts and methods to introduce them into the organization
• Coaching team members regarding agility
• Help to improve the cross-functional collaboration (scaling)
• Identification of agile key figures and presenting them transparently.
• Skillful and solution-oriented moderation using a wide range of moderation and presentation techniques

 Your profile

• Master or bachelor's degree preferably in either mechanical engineering or process engineering, or equivalent education
• 5 years professional experience and at least two years in agile methods
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in several teams and organizations, preferably within hardware development
• Good knowledge of DevOps
• Good understanding of ERP – Systems, preferably SAP
• Very good German and English language skills
• Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy
• Didactic skills and ability to deal with conflicts
