We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Pharma industry. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, as well as with our product development team to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.

• Developing: Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the team


• Speaking: Attend industry events and conferences to network and act as a Siemens representative to push our Market Awareness in Pharma


• Networking: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Pharma industry


• Listening: Listen to customer needs and identify solution mapping


• Hunting: Identify new business opportunities and work with the cross-functional sales team


• Closing: Act as a trusted partner by providing exceptional customer service in order to close these business opportunities

• Main experience in account management in the Pharma industry


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership track record


• Passionate to network and to speak in front of customers and other stakeholders


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Willingness to travel as needed
