We are seeking a Reward Analyst to play a crucial role in transforming HR/Talent and Reward Data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Your expertise will guide our benchmarking analyses, salary reviews and reward projects, guaranteeing that our reward and talent strategies are underpinned by comprehensive and reliable data.

Your key responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: provide comprehensive data analysis, forecasts, and insights related to HR/Talent and Reward Data. Collect, cleanse, and integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and coherence. Generate ad hoc reports and respond to data queries from stakeholders.
  • Internal and external benchmarking studies: support benchmarking analysis through diligent job matching, data collection and integration.
  • Compensation Planning: Assist in the annual compensation review process with data preparation, reporting and process oversight and management.
  • Collaboration and Teaming: collaborate seamlessly with Talent, Finance, and Payroll teams, as well as offshore data experts.
  • Projects: Participate in and contribute to Reward project initiatives

To qualify for the role you must have

  • University Degree or equivalent higher education in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or data handling role.
  • Proficiency in statistical methods and data visualization tools to effectively present findings.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting data analysis results.
  • Previous experience in Talent/HR is highly desirable and an advantage.
  • Proficient in Office Suite, in particular Excel; familiarity with SuccessFactors (SF), PowerBI and/or Payroll systems is a plus.
