The Product & Lifecycle Excellence Team and its Learning Organization are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and visionary Transformation Leader to guide the organization through a period of significant change and development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic transformation initiatives and change management that will shape the future of the learning organization promoting a culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.

Your new responsibilities:

  • Lead the organizational development and implementation of transformation strategies to enhance continuous learning and performance
  • Coach multiple Agile product value streams to adopt a truly lived Agile approach
  • Engage with cross-functional, globally distributed product value streams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative learnings (maturity model & analysis)
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values
  • Drive change management and organizational development initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to day-to-day development and operations
  • Develop trainings on methodologies and technologies to improve both effectiveness and efficiency in the way we work
  • Establish, maintain, and drive strong transformation communities (e.g., Community of Practices) to foster knowledge sharing and continuous growth
  • Measure the effectiveness of transformation efforts and make data-driven decisions to guide future directions
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and continuous learning team culture. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to help members grow and excel in their roles

Your talents and experience :

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Change Management or related field
  • 3+ years experience working in scaled Agile environment as Agile Coach, RTE or Product Manager
  • 5+ years experience leading Agile teams as Scrum Master or Product Owner
  • Proven Change Agent, with experience driving transformations, global delivery, and well-established (minimum 5 years) knowledge of Lean, Agile (SAFe, Scrum). Continuous Delivery, DevOps preferred. Hardware expertise and interest in AI (GenAI) a plus
  • Creative thinker with a challenger mindset, ability to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, resilient, problem-solver fostering continuous learning, improvement (listening to product/customer needs)
  • Fluent English (written/spoken), German a plus
