Head of Account Management

The position holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all Engine Services customer contracts, ensuring delivery of the services at the service levels contracted. You will own/ manage the customer relationship after contracting and monitors internal SRT key performance measures of all accounts (financial and operational).
Further, the position holder will be responsible for managing disciplinary and operationally the Engine Account Management team in the Engine Services Business Unit in Zurich, and operationally the Account Management Support team in SR Technics Belgrade.

Your tasks


 


  • Lead the team of Account Managers including coaching, on boarding, performance management as well as people development

  • Ensure clear communication link from customer to operations and other areas of SRT

  • Act as single customer point of contact

  • Define, manage and monitor customer account value flows (contract profitability, revenues, invoicing accuracy, DSO…)

  • Initiate and monitor the invoicing process including cash collection

  • Measure account performance relative to forecasted account performance

  • Handle and successfully resolve disputes, ensuring escalation as required

  • Monitor and ensure team compliance to company processes amongst other through KPI’s

  • Lead and assure development of processes through CI methods to meet the Business Units objectives and business requirements

  • Provide recommendation on business activities and organization development to Section and BU heads

Your profile



 


  • Education: Master’s in engineering or equivalent

  • 5 years working experience in a commercial position is a must, in aerospace industry or equivalent industrial environment

  • Aerospace MRO experience (> 5years), ideally Engine related

  • Leadership experience (> 3years)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Solid Communication and presentation skills

  • Independent, precise and responsible work

  • High safety, quality and cost awareness

  • Knowledge of English (C1), German is a plus
