As a Promotion Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, developing and executing innovative promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Your role will involve crafting compelling messaging across multiple platforms, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. Tasks:

• Ensure smooth campaign implementation processes
• Coordination with applicants to find the right implementation for the promotion and coordination of device configurations
• Configuration of standardized promotions or coordination with IT and other stakeholders for a tailor-made implementation
• Assess test resources and market viability, take appropriate measures regarding prioritization
• Review test results such as functionality or customer communication with/by applicants and final approval
• Take appropriate measures in the event of any problems with campaign functionality or performance, ongoing documentation of the technical possibilities for campaign implementation
• Project-based implementation of improvements to the technical capabilities of the tools for running promotions, Go2Market process improvements in relation to promotions

Requirements:

• Completed business or IT apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Strong technical interest and understanding of IT systems and their interrelationships
• Pro-active engagement: Strong ownership to continuously develop internal processes
• Ownership and attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all relevant go to market coordination and tasks have been considered and implemented
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management: Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate all stakeholders involved
• Fluent in English, German is a Plus
